This website is run by Amanah Development, which builds websites, online stores and applications and provides IT services for small offices. To reach us about anything in this policy, use our contact page.

What we collect

When you send the project application we receive what you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, how you would like us to reply, your time zone, the details of your project, and any files you attach.

If you open a personal invitation link we sent you, we record that it was opened and whether you started the form.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps technical logs such as IP addresses and the pages requested. We also keep security records to stop abuse of the form.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer you, prepare a written plan and quote, and deliver the work you ask for. We use technical records to keep the site running and secure. If you accept cookies, we also use analytics and advertising tools to understand visits and improve our marketing.

Who can see it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the website, and where the law requires it. These are our web host Hostinger, Google Fonts for the site's typefaces, Cloudflare for the security check on the application form, and, only if you accept cookies, any analytics and advertising providers named in our cookie policy.

How long we keep it

Applications wait on our server until we collect them into our own system, and are then removed from the website. We keep project information for as long as we need it to do the work and keep proper business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by using our contact page. You can change your cookie choice at any time from Cookie settings. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local privacy law.
